 The bulk of Miistakis' work on this innovative, market-based land use planning
tool is drawing to a close. We have been working with the Government of Alberta
to assist them with drafting a TDC Regulation, with the MD of Bighorn in reviewing
their current policy, and with the Beaver Hills Initiative to develop their pilot
project. Over the next few months we will be finalizing a web-based resource for
communities seeking to learn more about how to implement a TDC program. When our
"Transfer of Development Credits in Alberta: A Practical Guide" is ready
for launch, we will notify everyone on our list.
